Shipping Policy

Nailzy offers FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for items fulfilled by Nailzy, which are marked with a Ships from Nailzy badge on the product details page. For orders fulfilled by sellers, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Nailzy understands that returning products is a part of doing business on the Internet. Below please read carefully our process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.

 

Shipping Damage

Our shipping department makes every effort to ensure that your products arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, damage can occur in transit from our facility to your location.

Should your products be damaged during transit then you have 2 options:

  • Accept delivery of the products or
  • Refuse the damaged products.

Product damage and shortages must be reported to Nailzy within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Damages must be noted on the Delivery Receipt and with the driver prior to signing for acceptance of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED. 


Return Policy

We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. The customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges. Custom orders, gels, lacquer, liquids, powders, closeouts, furniture, spas, and time-dated items may not be returned.

 

Disclaimer

Nailzy is not responsible for changes in manufacturing components, specifications, or color that may differ from literature, websites, or other promotional items.

 

Warranty

All warranties are from the manufacturer and not from Nailzy. Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be within 15 days of shipment
  • All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition.
  • Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.

 

Non-returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

PPE products are not subject to our return policy and may not be returned. This includes face masks, face shields, gloves, table shields, and sanitizers.

Clearance items or discontinued items

  • Items with broken product seals
  • Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
  • Custom order or drop ship special order items which include all pedicure spas and furniture
  • Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits, or used acrylic and liquid.

Other items that are marked "Final Sale" on the product page.

Nailzy is not responsible for color variations in gel polish, lacquer, dipping powder, or matching sets as well as differences from your computer to the actual which are all out of our control.

 

Defective, Damaged in Shipping, or Incorrect Items

For the purposes of this policy, the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws, or product failures would fall under warranty (see above).

Damaged in Shipping (see Shipping)

Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours if you received a product(s) other than the item(s) you ordered.

 

Exchanges

Nailzy will accept exchanges for items purchased here within. Please send the item back to the address listed below.

Upon inspection, we will issue a credit towards the purchase of your next item. The customer is subject to any associated shipping charges.

 

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories. The restocking fee charges are:

  • We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. The customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges.
  • 30% for Special Order Products, including salon furniture, pedicure chairs & other heavy equipment. We suggest you finalize the equipment before making your purchase. Large equipment requires special packing before being shipped. If you do not have the necessary supplies or equipment to pack and ship these items back in a safe condition then you may that this into consideration before you purchase.

 

Promotion Items & Bundles

Nailzy occasionally offers promotional items, free goods, or discounts with a purchase of a single item or a product bundle of multiple items purchased together.

When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to Nailzy. For instance, if you receive $90. in savings when you purchase an LED lamp and 6 gel polish together and you return either item, the $90. amount will be subtracted from your refund.

 

To Protect Your Personal Data: Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data) from any returned products. Nailzy is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned product.

Sole Discretion
