Though the delay was inconvenient, their willingness to assist and communicate throughout the process was reassuring. As for the product itself, it arrived in perfect condition once it was finally delivered. The packaging was intact, and the item met my expectations in terms of quality and performance. Despite the initial issue, I am satisfied with the product, but I do hope the supplier improves its logistics to prevent similar problems in the future.
