How much for shipping?

Nailzy offers FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for items fulfilled by Nailzy, which are marked with a Ships from Nailzy badge on the product details page. For orders fulfilled by sellers, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept credit and debit cards such as Visa, Master, Amex, and Discover.

 

What is the return policy?

We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges. Custom orders, gels, lacquer, liquids, powders, closeouts, furniture, spas and time dated items may not be returned.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped from our sellers within 1-3 business days (M-F not including weekends and holidays). However, during sales, product launches, or holidays, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Please note that your order may come in separate packages from different sellers.
